Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your booking subject to the following terms:
- More than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund of the booking amount.
- 24 to 48 hours before pickup: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund will be provided.
- No-show: If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Process
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be initiated within 24-48 hours of the cancellation request.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card).
- It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
3. Early Return
If you return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled end date:
- No refund will be provided for the unused rental days.
- The full booking amount as per the original reservation will apply.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the pickup time.
- Failure to present a valid driving license or complete KYC verification at the time of pickup.
- Violation of rental terms including reckless driving, drunk driving, or unauthorized use of the vehicle.
- Damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear during the rental period.
- Failure to provide the mandatory security deposit (bike/scooty) at the time of vehicle pickup.
5. Security Deposit
A bike or scooty is mandatory as a security deposit at the time of vehicle pickup. The security deposit policy is as follows:
- The security deposit (bike/scooty) must be provided before taking possession of the rental vehicle.
- The security deposit will be returned upon safe return of the vehicle in its original condition.
- Any damages, traffic violations, or penalties incurred during the rental period may be deducted or adjusted against the security deposit.
