Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Rental Eligibility

• The renter must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid Driving License (original) is mandatory at the time of vehicle pickup.
• A valid Aadhaar Card or other government-issued ID proof must be submitted.
• The vehicle owner (Host) and the Platform reserve the right to deny rental if the documents are found to be invalid or suspicious.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and document verification.
• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to pickup will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours of pickup will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
• Early returns will not be eligible for a refund of the unused duration.

3. Vehicle Usage & Responsibility

• The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Otherwise, refueling charges plus a service fee will apply.
• The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, fines, and tolls incurred during the rental period.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of ₹1000 will be charged for violations.
• The vehicle must not be used for racing, towing, or any illegal activities.
• Any damage to the vehicle during the rental period will be the liability of the renter, up to the insurance deductible amount.

4. Prohibited Uses

The vehicle shall NOT be used:

• By any person who is not authorized by the vehicle owner (Host) as a driver.
• By any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• To carry more passengers than the seating capacity of the vehicle.
• To transport goods in violation of customs or other regulations.
• Off-road or on terrain for which the vehicle is not designed.

Drigo acts solely as a platform connecting vehicle owners (Hosts) with renters (Guests). The rental agreement is between the Host and the Guest. By using our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
